Phil Davidson, M.D.Medical Director, Orthopedic Surgeon, Knee and Shoulder Specialist
Dr. Phil Davidson is the Founder and Medical Director of the Washington Orthopedic Spine & Injury Center. He is a licensed Physician in the State of Washington and is a Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon, regularly performing surgeries. He coordinates the services of the many WOSIC medical and surgical specialists as well as a dedicated support team. He has extensive experience in the care of patients injured in accidents. In his clinical practice, he is a knee and shoulder surgeon with more than 25 years of experience. Dr. Davidson has a background in Sports Medicine, and has engaged extensively in teaching, research and product development throughout his career. He has published many papers, chapters and symposia over his career. He has served as a consultant or director for an array of sports team and companies, including large and small medical device firms, biomaterials, orthobiologic, tissue allograft and cell therapy companies. He is a frequent speaker to orthopedic surgeons regarding new surgical techniques and speaks to the legal community about injuries. He is very pleased to being working in Washington and his family lives in the Seattle area.

Ruth DavidsonManaging Director
Ruth Davidson, Managing Director, has an extensive healthcare, corporate and legal background, working as an attorney with a focus on healthcare-related business for over 20 years. Ruth is very excited about leading Davidson Orthopedics.
Ruth moved with her family from Florida to Park City in 2008 and is passionate about her many mountain activities, including hiking, biking and skiing…. which she finds most enjoyable when shared with her family, including 3 sons, husband and 2 dogs.

Paul Maginnis, PA-CPhysician Assistant & Clinical Coordinator
Paul Maginnis is a nationally certified physician assistant specializing in orthopedics and sports medicine. Paul received his Bachelor of Science degree from Pennsylvania State University, followed by his Physician Assistant degree from Pennsylvania College of Technology. Paul has over 23 years of orthopedic and spine surgery experience. As Physician Assistant, Paul derives great professional and personal satisfaction in helping patients understand their injury and treatment options so they can actively participate in their care.
Paul is a board-certified Physician Assistant and holds professional memberships in both the Physician Assistants in Orthopedic Surgery (PAOS) and the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA).
Outside of work, Paul enjoys spending time with his family and enjoying the great outdoors.
